“We woke up Sunday morning to find that a giant branch (at least a foot in diameter) had fallen from a tree in our front yard onto the sidewalk and street. The sidewalk and half of the street were blocked. It was much too big and heavy for us to drag out of the street. I texted Sandy Moore at Big Oak Tree Services on Sunday morning and he responded within a few minutes. We were concerned about the branch blocking traffic and possibly causing someone to have an accident. Sandy came out that very day, Sunday and Mother's day, and cut up that huge branch and hauled it away. The tree looked rotted where the branch had been and we were worried that another branch might fall and hurt of kill someone. We got HOA approval to remove it and Sandy came back Wednesday and took the whole tree down. We are so grateful for his quick response and excellent work.“
