I respect the fact that he took his time and carefully caulked each and every area which needed it for the agreed upfront price of $125. “We just moved into an old house and last Thursday night we had a leak into the bedroom. We wanted an assessment on the possible need for repairs or a new roof. Lifetime was our first and only choice based on their work replacing the roof on our old house in 2019 and their help diagnosing the source of a water mark in the wall which turned out to be a plumbing leak. So we immediately called Lifetime on Friday and Robert met with us on Monday. He checked out the old roof and spent two hours caulking all the possible ways water could enter. He assured us the old roof had another five years before a replacement would be needed and recommended 6 inch downspouts to reduce the chances of any backup in another storm. We will contract with Lifetime for the gutter work and any other roof repair and would recommend them most highly for rapid response of great quality work at very reasonable prices. It has been a pleasure working with them over the past 10 years.“
