This is the best care team in the Yadkin area!! Teresa is a very understanding, and caring practitioner!! She always greets me with a smile and unlike my previous Dr. doesn’t raise her voice if there are problems with my blood test or my health. She knows I have been doing this long enough I basically know what to do and when to do it.
I am always satisfied with my visits with Teresa and her staff (that i find to be very knowledgeable as well as caring and friendly).
I find Tereasa to be thourogh, knowledgeable, forthcoming, personable, trustworthy, and responsive.
She readily answers questions and offers solutions wherever possible.
It is easy to talk to her about any issue, and good or bad, she offers practical guidance.
I feel she truly cares about her patients, and will do or suggest whatever might be required to make and keep them well, all while listening to and addressing their concerns and/or fears.
I hope this never changes.
