“Our electricity went out in our garage, where we have it enclosed with a/c for our cats. Inside dog no friend to cats. Anyways, I called 4 places and had to leave messages with them to please call me back. Torrey was my 5th call.I was pkeasantly surprised he answered his phone and even more thankful he was available to help. Well, actually he was on another job and offered to help after that job! His empathy surpassed anything I was expecting. Torrey showed up, fixed the problem and was very professional.
