DRS was an excellent help with the laptop that they fixed for me. Nothing but amazing communication, kindness and not pushy AT ALL. Very knowledgeable in their profession, and got the job done as soon as they received the parts. Will always go back to them and highly suggest them if you ever need anything technology wise repaired. I am thankful there is still great people in this world!
