Don and Jordan are the pros that you want whether it's a software issue or a piece of hardware. Shoot, Don even helped me with a problem with my car once. They are a totally trust worthy family run business that's been in business for decades.
When our hard drive died at our busiest time of the year and beginning of tax season, I was in full blown panic mode. I called DRS and Jordan immediately got to work. Although he wasn't personally able to recover the data at his location, he handled all the communication for us with another business, even working through the holidays to ensure we could be back up and running ASAP. DRS was an excellent help with the laptop that they fixed for me. Nothing but amazing communication, kindness and not pushy AT ALL. Very knowledgeable in their profession, and got the job done as soon as they received the parts. Will always go back to them and highly suggest them if you ever need anything technology wise repaired. I am thankful there is still great people in this world!
