I had an old glass block window seal burst during a tropical storm and called around everywhere to get it replaced but no one would give me the time of day for just one window. Had a great sales experience and ordered the window but then had a unforeseen snafu with the first installation attempt where the hole was larger than it appeared and the large custom window that was made was too small. The team was courteous and apologetic, but what really impressed me was their actions to make it right. That's what sets great companies from good ones. A great experience overall that we would highly recommend. The whole process from initial consultation to installation was easy and straightforward. Gary's explanations of products, services, and warranties were easy to understand. He was very helpful with finding the right windows to meet our needs. Matt and Herb were very professional and did a great job with the installation. All of the guys were personable and happy to answer any questions or address any concerns. If we ever need windows replaced again Window World will be our first call.
