“I've been here 3x now - once to establish an appointment, once for grooming, and unfortunately once for an urgent reason. All appointments during COVID. Each time has been top tier with receptionists, techs, vets, being attentive and treating my dog with compassion and me with respect! Dr Ashlan has been top tier and especially Lauren, the groomer, who worked so well with my dog. She did a great cut on him (his first at 9 months) and was so patient with him being antsy and anxious. Great job to this place! 10/10 recommend!“

“I have brought two cats here (my older cat that passed away and my new kitten), and I have had a wonderful experience. When my older cat was dying of lymphoma and I had to put her down, the entire staff was so kind and supportive. You can tell the doctors really care about helping your pets. After what happened with my older cat, I have been very worried about my newer kitten any time something seems to be wrong. Both doctors always take my concerns seriously and have never made me feel like I was just being paranoid. One thing I really appreciate about them is they never make me feel rushed, some doctors just run in and run out but I have never had that experience with them.I absolutely recommend bringing your pet here if you are looking for a good vet in the area!“
“I usually do not write reviews, but they are very deserving of one....This clinic is AWESOME!!!! I can't tell you how satisfied I am with Dr. Mercer and Staff. We recently got a new puppy and got all of her shots there. We went there because the "other" vet would not get us in for a couple of weeks....we have been going to the other one for about 15+ years.... Let me tell you why...... A couple of weeks later, "Sandy" had an ear infection and we took her in. They explained and then provided instruction on how to clean the ears and put in the medicine. The following day, I received a text from the Dr. who was checking in on her. Several months later we had her spayed. Once again, the Dr. texted us at the end of the day and again the following day to see how Sandy was doing. I have NEVER experienced this with any of the vets I've used. I can tell you that we won't be using the "other" vet for our cats any longer!!!!. The Dr's and the staff care and go above and beyond to let you know that they are thinking about you and your furry friend! Thank you very much! God Bless East Carolina Veterinary Service! Edward J.“

“We absolutely LOVE Dr. Janna Foret !! We have a old dog..poodleand she takes wonderful care of her!! She takes her time explaining everything to us and allows us to ask as many questions as we need. She Is always open to us calling the office with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend her and the clinic.. the clinic workers are sweet also“

“Dr. Catherine Geyer is easily one of the best veterinarians I've ever had the pleasure to meet, and I've met dozens due to lots and lots of moving. She is not only highly intelligent and clearly experienced, she is a truly lovely person. Her diagnoses have been spot-on every time, and her gentle intuitive approach puts our pets at ease (and us as well) while more serious things may be going on. This is exactly the kind of vet you hope you find when you first move to a new place. We trust her with all of the furry ones. My entire family would like to thank Dr. Geyer and the entire team for how lovingly they helped us as we recently had to say goodbye to our Sebastian. Grief is an extremely personal feeling. Everyone's compassion and kindnesses meant so much.“

“My family pets have been with the clinic about 6 months, and vet is very caring and great service. Especially with our two family cats! When one of them got hurt; I called the vet and they were very reactive, they were able to see our cat same day still providing great service! Would recommend for you and your pet.“
