Wow!!!! First, the rep met with my wife to share the estimate. Unlike any of the other reps, James, was tremendously helpful to explain every part of the process and products. He was very responsive to emails and served us well. The date was moved up by almost a week. Our site leader, Julian, showed up with the team of men who worked quickly and efficiently! They did exactly what we wanted and provided a wonderful experience. Julian even called me after the project was finished to ensure me and my wife had the same understanding of final matters. If I ever need another fence, I’m calling Superior!
Billy and his crew did a great job on our fence. We have used 2 of the bigger companies in Greenville in the past, one was terrible, one was decent, but this was by far the best experience. The quality of their fencing products, the professionalism of the crew, and their attention to detail will make Superior my go to choice for future projects.
All around, this has been one of the best customer experiences. Bill was extremely helpful and patient while answering all my many questions about fence placement around my home when he came to give me a quote. The financing process was easy and quick. Installation was a few weeks out, but a customer dashboard kept me up to date on my anticipated installation date. That was an unexpected and appreciated feature in this whole process. On the day of installation, Julian and his team showed up early and ready to get to work. Julian did a walk through with me making sure the plans were still the same; we went over the locations of where the fence would start on both sides of the house, where each gate was to be positioned, and then they got to work. The whole team clearly works well together; they had the fence up and looking better than I could have ever pictured it and it only took one day! They cleaned up after themselves and everyone was so friendly. I could not have made a better choice. My dog, kids, and I love our new fence!
