Rachel with Byrd Tile is the most wonderful consultant. She listens and offers amazing design support, including helping me restore an historic house from the 1920’s with historically accurate tile. I have used Byrd tile for 5 projects now and have at least 5 more I’ll use them with again. The variety of tile they offer is wonderful!

Diane was great to work with. My wife and I took a sample of the granite countertop into the store to pick out tile for remodeling one of our baths. We are upgrading it for use later if one of us becomes disabled. They have a great selection of tile to choose from and Diane was very helpful in showing us tile to go with our sample. She offered suggestions for the shower rework once we explained why we were making changes. She is very professional and knowledgeable of their products which was a great help to us. Diane was very helpful and kind, but not pushy. My impression was that she enjoyed helping us! She was able to help more than one customer at a time and make us all feel like we were getting the attention we needed. Great experience!
