The staff at Points East are incredible. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of Tucker during his stay. They communicated with me throughout his visit and gave me answers as to why he was sick. Yes mama was worried about the guy but I knew he was in good hands. Thank you guys so much for taking care of him.
Fantastic experience during a highly stressful time.
There was very little wait time. We waited in our own room. The couch in the room had phone charges, the artwork was beautiful, it smelled good and clean. The staff and provider were amazing. Their urgent fee was less than the place in Knightdale.

My cat hadn't felt well for a few days. Saturday, it was obvious she needed help. So I loaded her up at around 11:30pm and headed to the vet. I pretty much knew what the outcome would be. Sparing the details, my cat Dobbie didn't make it home. From the moment I stepped through the door, everyone was friendly, compassionate and truly seemed to care. The situation as it were, I couldn't have asked for better care. As much as I hated making that trip with my Dobbie, I'm thankful for the care she was given in her final moments.
