I rushed one of my babies here (Sims/Wilson) and the wait was fast for someone to speak with me and my pup was seen a short time afterwards. She was given the medical care that was needed and ended up being admitted. The entire staff was amazing in which I would give them 10 stars if I could. Everything was explained to me in detailed by the tech and Vet and my concerns was heard and answered. I received follow-up calls in which that put my mind at ease knowing my pups progress. Now I wish I could say the same for the Greenville NC location which is much closer to me but I will never go there again. They were so kind when my cat had to be put down. I appreciated how honest they were about his condition and being so sweet to him and me. I got as much time as I needed with him after he was gone. They did their best to help him but gently let me know that it would be easier on him to pass away peacefully and they made sure that happened
The front end staff and the veterinarian were all courteous and friendly. The veterinarian was very professional and provided excellent recommendations. I highly recommend this veterinarian.
