I had a concern about my unit yesterday after having a cool night on Friday. I wasn't sure what was going on, only unit kept tripping off and then resetting itself. I called number just planning on seeing if some one could check it Monday. Brandon answered and guess it was his call weekend. He came out yesterday, with in a few hours of call to checked out our unit. Got my household some heat running and coming back Monday to correct the issue. Great customer service! Plus did it with a smile on his face. Thank you.
