I called for my toilet troubles, and Jamal Brown was immediately in action! He was very reasonable, and the pricing was affordable! The environment and vibe surrounding him were also kind; he didn't cause me to feel embarrassed for not being able to figure out how to fix it myself and lightened the mood by joking around with me about the situation. If possible, I would love to work with him for future troubles
