We had a pleasant first contact with VBH in Wilkesboro, NC in meeting Mark Mull. He explained the VBH process and held our hand through it all. Lots of communication in and prompt service.The construction started slowly but it was during the height of COVID. Then the hiring of our beloved Building Manager, Mike Lemaster. He took charge and and construction started moving forward at a faster pace. Mike was a delight to work with. He is kind, even-keeled, patient and courteous. A good listener as well. We would recommend Value Build Homes to anyone we know that is biulding a house. We have been very pleased with the whole process. They up front with all the cost. There are no hidden fees. They have answered all questions. Everyone is very friendly and not pushy with anything. From the time we walked in with designing our house with Danny Stone to the start of our house with our Builder Chris Martin. And making sure every last detail is perfect for us to move in. We have been very happy with how our house has turned out.
