After a separation we obtained a realtor, Matthew Davis. From moment one he’s been on top this listing of the property which went up April 7 we now have a buyer and closing date in June. My ex left a review of Matthew and it is so far from the truth of his handling of the listing and selling. Matthew has done all that could be expected of a great realtor and if ever I had more property to sell he would be my first and only choice. Realty One Group, you have a fantastic man there.

Home Sold QuicklyTeresa and her team were wonderful to work with. Expectations were set early and ALL expectations were met or exceeded! We were advised on what we could expect as a price and she came in right on target. The best realtor ever!We have used Teresa numerous times for buying and selling our houses. She never disappoints. She is always professional, and her knowledge on buying and selling real estate is unmatched by any other realtor. Our last house she sold was listed, and then we went out of the country the next week. She had us multiple offers during that week for us to review and advice on what looked best.
