I was going to try and upgrade my laptop myself because I thought it was going to be too expensive to have a professional do it. I'm SO glad I called Steve instead! He replaced my fan, removed the old thermal paste and applied new, put in a new SSD and transferred everything onto it. On top of that I had the wrong RAM and he threw in an 8gb stick of his own too for half of what I thought it would cost. Will definitely return and refer everyone I know to him!

I brought in an HP laptop that I've had since 2018, it progressively got slower and eventually locked up to where I was unable to use it. I took it here, was met with a friendly disposition and treated with respect. I explained my issues with the laptop and was reassured that it could be fixed. He installed windows 11 and backed up 100% of my photos when he installed a new harddrive. Now my old laptop is running like its brand new and I can actually use it! He cleaned my fan, installed new harddrive and even cleaned the screen for me before I came to pick up. Ive never been to a laptop repair and expected the price to be astronomical- it wasnt!
