I recently contracted Elephant Structures to add a 15' shelter onto my existing metal carport. Before the project began, I spoke with Mr. Steven Phillips, who clearly explained—and even provided drawings of—how the new structure would be tied into the existing one at the eave. Based on that information, I felt confident moving forward.
However, when the company’s construction crew arrived, they completed the entire addition in about three hours, and the end result was absolutely not what was discussed or shown to me. This is the third building I've had done, horrible installation. 6 weeks after install and the roof is leaking, I taped some of the seams but no repair and excuses. I'll never hire them again. They left trash and screws everywhere. I had to clean up after them like children.
