Bought a new modular from Clayton. We discovered no tar paper under shingles. Clayton sent out 2 men to fix the problem. They finished the job all is good. Lost 10 shingles in wind storm last night. Not a trace of tar paper. Definitely would not recommend Clayton. They lied to us. After about 7 years house started falling apart. Cabinets, widows, exterior door and more. I would not trust this Company

My husband and I have been house hunting in the area for a while with no luck. We noticed how lovely the homes looked at Clayton Homes as we were traveling by. We own land, so we decided to take a look inside some of them. We were so impressed! We met with your salesman, Allyn Morrow. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered every question we had. worked with Julian for a year on this project. Had to climb mountains with county inspectors. CLAYTON had the house built in 6 weeks but we had to wait months for inspector approval on the site. when approval came Lane and the crew moved fast. We had the house on site with certificate of occupancy in less than 3 weeks. There was a hard deadline but we made it. We're pleased with the final product. Thanks to Julian. Lane and the Wilkes crew.
