Jonathan is awesome! I had a BAT in my kitchen, and had no idea how it got in! I was so afraid there were more in the attic or somewhere else in the house!🦇🤯😳 Jonathan came as soon as he could and did a very thorough inspection of our home, on the exterior and the interior. Thankfully he didn't see any evidence of an infestation or that any bats were in the attic at all, so it must have been a fluke!😅 He took his time inspecting everything very thoroughly and went out of his way to explain a lot about bats and their behavior to me. As a real estate agent it's good to have good inspectors you can turn to. Had them to do a inspection for wood damaging insects and a radon test. Did the job in a timely manner. We'll probably use again
