This is the best place to ever book your pet for a stay. The staff are so friendly and will go over and beyond to make your pet stay a little easier. I can’t explain how thankful we are for this pet lodge when we leave for vacation. We recently dropped my dog off and due to the hurricanes we were on storm for 3 weeks. The manager and the staff took such good care of us and him that our dog loves it there. Not once was I ever hesitant or worried about him because I knew he was in good hands. I highly recommend them for your next pets stay!!
I really cannot properly rate our experience with Stoney Creek in this little box, because we are so grateful for the care that our animals received today and every day. From Dr. Huth to Dr. Elldred to Brenda and Heather (and there are so many others!) - everyone goes above and beyond to ensure our animals receive best in class care with honesty, compassion, and professionalism.
We tell everyone that Stoney Creek is not only the best vet practice, but they’ve saved our animal’s lives too many times to count. 5 out of 5 feels like too low of a rating - so please know how grateful we are for everyone there!!!
As rabbit owners, we are normally very nervous about finding a good vet that knows how to take care of our boys. The team was so kind from start to finish, and I appreciated that Honey's attending vet knew how to handle him. He's normally a very skittish boy, so I was happy to see that he was handled with care but also firm enough to keep him steady and calm. We have a second bun and will definitely consider bringing him back here for a check-up soon.
