“Heather is a good listener and a fantastic artist. After seeing her work about 10yrs ago, I knew I wanted a Harlow piece so she added a half sleeve of flowers and butterfly’s to the flower I already had on my shoulder. Have had sooo any compliments on it. Then I became a grandma and decided the rest of my sleeve would be a garden of my grandchildren’s birth flowers in their birthstone colors.
