Decided to replace vinyl tile in kitchen with hardwood as it is through the downstairs of our home. Called, appointment made for representative to come out and measure. Wes, was the gentleman that came to look at our floor, measure and provide us with an estimate. He was easy to talk with took the measurements, quickly mailed an estimate and placed a follow call after we received the estimate to see if we had any questions. He even called on the last day of the install to see how the job was going and if we had any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend Wes and CSM (Hardwoods Unlimited).
My third time using CSM for my flooring. They never disappoint. Material quality, selection and pricing is much better than box stores. Wes assisted me on my last one and he’s great. He made the process very easy and followed thru until after the install. Excellent service. Will use them again in the future.
Quality of service was great . It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vanessa throughout this process. The gentleman that showed up were professional and outstanding as well.
