The best in Whiteville, N.C. Respectful, Clean, Comfortable, and no waiting long hours in the waiting room. Ten out of ten I recommend.
Dr. Kirby has been very informative, educating myself, my husband and my teen boys on our diagnosis during visit, he allows time for questions to make sure we understand! Very friendly staff, the reception has been my only concern, but the other staff is always able to redirect her. I would not discourage quality care and concern for one staff member who is easily redirected.. My teen boys really hate going to the doctor but they enjoy this doctor! On the other side of the business the eye glass place (Vision Works), connected to the doctor office; the lady there has been very rude on several occasions. I will not be going back there for our eye glass prescriptions anymore. I need to avoid any additional conflict or confusion these days.. I have went back to the lady at Vision Works several times due to convenience at the end of our doctor appointments. However, I have learned that it is not convenient to feel like you’re disturbing someone and they are rude when you ask a question, literally loud pressured voice..
