Serena is back! Best news to my ears possible. She used to cut my hair from 2016-2020 before she left and was the ONLY person I trusted to touch my hair, I came in today for a very specific haircut and goal and saw her and had to request her. She made my hair EXACTLY how I had been picturing it in my head! Thankful to have her so close and back again. SHE IS THE BEST! Stylist: I’ve been getting my hair cut for some time now by Mgr and hairdresser Serena and I’ll tell you what there is none better she is my go to she’s a 10 out of 10. She is someone I trust with my hair and am so glad I found her.
Serena and her stylists are just amazing people. My hair was pretty bad due to my neglect of it for 3 and a half months. She WORKED OVER THE END OF HER SHIFT to fix what I had let happen. I deal with horrible depression but also bad anxiety. Serena and the other lady who was a little older than her BOTH worked to save my hair. I did have to go short but I honestly thought they were gonna have to do a pixie cut. I left with curly, almost shoulder length hair. They worked a miracle. I cried cause I thought my hair was a lost cause. They were exceptionally professional, kind and understanding and went above and beyond. Thank you ladies! So much.
