Encapsulation of my crawl space reduced the moisture content of the wood from 55% to below 15%. If this is a project you are considering having done, do yourself a favor and use Crawlspace Ops. Crawlspace Ops is the absolute best! Matt Jackson is an amazing human being!! He is an excellent communicator and he does what he says. Each member of his team is professional, courteous, respectful, and understands that his job site is your home. Nobody likes spending money on emergencies but somehow, when it’s crawlspace ops, it just doesn’t hurt that bad. I’d give Matt and his crew 10 stars if i could, but five will have to do.

Matt and his team did a fantastic job fixing our flooded crawlspace. They placed a sump pump and Hydraway drains both inside and outside and left the place looking brand new. After the most recent storm, the crawlspace has remained completely dry!
Matt is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and an utmost professional. I was very impressed with the time he took crawling through the entire crawlspace with me, giving me a detailed assessment, and his ability and willingness to answer all of my questions.
