My heat pump went out last month when it was very cold. Billy Teague came out and serviced it and it worked for a few more days. Bill Teague ordered a new one for me and it was installed promptly. The three technicians were very nice and also very efficient. I felt badly that they had to work in the extreme cold weather. Both Billy and Bill were very helpful, and I would recommend Blue Ridge Air to anyone.
