The new faciity is much, much better than the old location. The staff have a real love for pets and are very gentile and understanding of pet moods and behaviors. They have grieved with us when we lose a member of our basset herd. My bassets show no fear going to the facility although they do serenade the whole place due to their separation anxiety. I have the utmost respect for the employees and no worries when my babies are in their care. I admire their ability to work in such a noisy environment. If I have one complaint, it would be that it is hard to get a returned call--usually 2-4 days. My thanks to all the workers for taking care of my basset herd.

We absolutely LOVE Bed, Bath & a Bone. Our boys have terrible separation anxiety and tend to tear things up when they are away from home. Destany & her girls do such a wonderful job loving on our babies while we're away. They always groom them top notch complete with the cutest bandanas ever.

FIVE STARS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!Best place to groom/board your dogs in Ashe county by far. Very friendly staff that actually care, and exceptional customer service. Could not imagine talking our dogs anywhere else.
