I had a positive experience at West Pine Animal Hospital! It's always reassuring to visit a place with a caring staff, especially when dealing with an unfortunate incident like my grandson's 7 month old puppy getting shot. It was great to hear that the doctor I saw was informative and compassionate, providing me with options for my dog's condition. Clean and comfortable facilities also make a difference in creating a pleasant environment for both the animals and their owners. It can make a visit much more pleasant. I had a sick cat and they scheduled me the same day to bring my cat in. I was greeted by a very friendly front office staff and did not have a long wait whatsoever. My cat came to life after meeting the Vet Tech and Dr, Tyndall. Dr. Tyndall was so kind spirited and knowledgeable and explained everything to me very throughly. My cat, Pika loved the treats she was given her and was given great care! I highly recommend this place and couldn’t be happier ( so is my cat). Thank you Dana, Linda, and Dr. Tyndall for all that you do and making my visit exceptional. * Pika is on the mend and doing better.

Having only been in the area about a year, when one of my kitty's seemed unwell I had no idea where to turn.I started making phone calls and nobody could see a new patient for almost a month!I was repeatedly referred to urgent care centers. Finally a call to West Pine Animal found kind open hearted people - they told me to come right in with him, understanding I might have to wait a bit - I gratefully ran to get there.Upon arrival I met kind people in a bustling office - my Shiloh met a very sweet assistant and a lovely down to earth, and very thorough vet in Dr. Tyndall.
