Very genuine and honest. I had an issue with my dishwasher that would need an appliance specialist but suggestions were offered as well as in person help but didn't want to charge if unable to do that work.

Our water main broke four days after our moving van arrived with our things from PA. Welcome to NC! A big name truck came out and offered zero quick solutions but could come back in a week and charge me$8,000. I called the next name on my list and lucky for me, it was Jimmy. He gave me the band-aid I needed for FREE so we had our water back on. He got utilities to my place to mark their lines, then was back the next day to get the job done at HALF the price. He noticed "uphill" sewage lines in our crawl space and fixed that too. He created a water turn-off valve that I can operate by myself without some big wrench.
