Mel is great! I had my hair done in the new waxhaw location. I was super super excited because it was closer to my house. I asked for a high and tight. Instead I got a Jewish yamika. Worst hair cut i ever had and my mom cut my hair and ear lol. Mel was able to fix it and I am so greatful because its father's day weekend and I have work monday. Thanks Mel! I was about to shave my head!

Crystal at the Wesley Chapel location was fantastic! She was easy to talk to and listened to my specific needs making me feel very comfortable. The location is very convenient and the app is spectacular for planning the day!
