Absolutely amazing staff and dentists! First time I came here, they signed me up as a patient, got my insurance fixed and they literally fixed the right side of my teeth, all in 2 hours. Huge thank you to all the staff! The only con is the drive time for me, 1 hour 30 mins, but it's always worth it.
I recently moved to Charlotte and needed a dental check up.. the experience at Serene Dental Spa was excellent.. same day appointment.. professional staff and the office was modern and well designed. Thank you so much.. Looking forward to my next visit.
Everyone I've come into contact at that practice is professional and courteous. The hygienists are gentle and thorough. It's always a comfortable experience.Most importantly, I had a bad experience with them a while back. The details don't matter, but what does matter is how they responded. They owned the problem and made it right. We're all humans and mistakes can happen. They responded in the right way.
