We had Carolina Blinds install retractable roll screens for our outdoor living space. Prior to installation we had wind, rain, pollen and cold tempertures that would not us to enjoy the space as planned, extending our living space by bringing the outdoor in. Now we have none of those issues and are able to enjoy the space at least nine months out of the year. I have sent pictures to Wayne on Christmas evening with tempertures in the 20s enjoying our outdoor living.

We had some blinds that had been broken while cleaning. I called to see about having someone come out to repair them. During my conversation with Deidra, she helped me find a solution that would save us an enormous amount of money: a small plastic snap to attach the cord back together. And she even put it in the mail so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Weaverville or Hendersonville to pick it up. We just received them in the mail and they worked perfectly! I’m so grateful for the time and energy they put into helping us out and will absolutely be doing business with them the next time we have a window dressing need!
We love our new window shades from Carolina Blinds! They look amazing and the whole process from measuring to ordering and installation was a great experience. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also appreciated that their work was done on time and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again!
