The team is excellent. I was early to my appointment, but I was taken in right away. They checked my dog's weight, and we went into the room. The appointment was structured well. The doctor did her exam, recommended lab work & xrays, explained her thoughts & concerns and gave follow up instructions. I was told that she'd call me towards the end of the week with the lab results, and I received a call the next day! The doctor was quick about getting meds called in for my dog to a human pharmacy so that he could start them immediately. He's not even 48 hours into his life of insulin and he's already back to his spunky self! I'm extremely grateful for Dr. Lynn & Cheyann.
I was very pleased with the way my cat was taken care of. The doctor and tech were empathetic and helpful. I was crying when I got the test results for my cat, but they made it easier to handle. I was able to talk to the doctor and staff about how I felt and they listened. Thank you for everything!
Everyone there was so friendly! I have moved here from out of state so I didn’t have a vet here. I needed to get my cat in for a skin issue and was able to get her in the same day! They took very good care of my kitty and I even got to my meet my neighbor which I didn’t know worked there. 🤣 I would highly recommend for all your pets needs!
