I had a horrible experience with Smith-Bucy. The project did not start on time. I contacted them the day before it was to start (after waiting weeks) and at 4 pm prior day they told me it would not start the next day. The project was to last 3 days, it did not end on time. I was not happy with the quality of the work, the planning to get it done and the lack of oversight. There was no project management and the single person that showed up at my house never spent more than a 4 hour day. Most days arrival was 11:30 and gone by 3 pm. Would never hire them again. Sound professional when providing estimate but the project was unmanaged, they were arrogant and much of the work had to be redone. Unless you initiate it communication was nonexistent. This was a total nightmare.
