Abby has been an amazing help at Sam’s Car Wash. She doesn’t just assist customers with getting their cars cleaned from top to bottom—she goes above and beyond whenever someone needs extra support.
One day, I had a battery issue and couldn’t start my car. Abby immediately stepped in, used her own car and jumper cables to get me going, and helped me find a solution right away. She saved me a ton of time and hassle that I would’ve spent calling my insurance company or arranging an Uber.

First off let me say the customer service was a 10/10 experience! I went to get a car wash this evening and as I was drying off my car, it locks. I immediately ask for a manager and the manager on duty was Caleb. Caleb ask ChatGPT for help & I called around for help from my family members & Googled a locksmith. I end up getting help & got into my car after almost 2 hours of being at the car wash. Caleb was so sweet and understanding during my entire stay. Caleb and the rest of the team made me feel safe & even made me laugh so I wouldn’t cry lol. I want to thank them AGAIN for all their hard work & just for being genuine, considerate people. I usually go to AutoBell, but I was short on time this morning and stopped by Sam's Xpress Car Wash in Waxhaw to quickly clean my daughter's extremely dirty car. I just paid for the $10 express ride-through, not expecting much, but was absolutely blown away by the results.
The two team members on the prep line were phenomenal. They took the time to spray down the front of the vehicle extremely well. Seriously, the car looks absolutely amazing—it's phenomenal for a basic $10 wash! AB hasn't been able to achieve (or haven't attempted) this quality of clean, on their express service.
