My dog had his first visit here yesterday Dr. B and her staff were amazing so kind and Knowledgeable! So happy we found his new vet office you can tell they actually care about the wellbeing of your animal thank you for a great first visit!
Dr. Bonilla and her team are experts when it comes to caring for animals. She and her team helped us through a very difficult time with our elderly cat and continues to be is a great help for our dog. They truly are passionate and compassionate when it comes to caring for animals.
We have been taking our 3 cats to Passionate Paws (Waxhaw) for the last 2 years. Everyone on this team is top notch. They take the time to listen to our updates and/or any concerns. Communication is excellent with clear explanations for exams and updates are sent throughout the day if needed. The team is highly skilled, compassionate and they really seem to enjoy what they do. We trust them with our girls.
