Outstanding work. Our roof was leaking into our living room and caused massive water damaged, I needed immediate, emergency reconstruction to prevent major damage to the rest of the house. I had to go out of town the next four days. Joe's Top Notch Services took my phone call when I was out of town and went to the house immediately to make an estimate. Joe clearly explained what had to be done and why. The next day He had a crew there doing an emergency job. The rate charged was very fair.
