Outstanding work. Our roof was leaking into our living room and caused massive water damaged, I needed immediate, emergency reconstruction to prevent major damage to the rest of the house. I had to go out of town the next four days. Joe's Top Notch Services took my phone call when I was out of town and went to the house immediately to make an estimate. Joe clearly explained what had to be done and why. The next day He had a crew there doing an emergency job. The rate charged was very fair. Communication was excellent by phone and by smartphone photos. When we returned home we saw the work quality was outstanding. Rock solid. The ceiling and walls were all repaired and looked better than it was before. He even matched the paint accurately.
