Was in the area getting gas, saw the new Wayback Burger (not promoting them) placed a mobile order, thought to pass the time would checkout a new boarding place for my dogs. When I walked in this place was CLEAN, my regular kennel isn’t this clean. You can’t even smell the dog smell ya know. Since the place was so nice, I expected to be brushed off as a walk in tour. NOPE I was greeted promptly and was given the best tour by a hilarious woman! She really gave me all the information I needed and cracked some jokes really made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this boarding facility! It was my first time having my dog boarded and they were absolutley amazing. The front staff was very helpful with all the questions we had and the daily post cards with updates on how our baby is doing was so sweet and so spot on!! We will be back again soon! Thank you all so much!
I board my dog here pretty often, and they usually take good care of him. But after the last time, he smelled really bad when I picked him up—even though he was groomed the day before. I had to take him to a pet store for a bath right away. Hopefully, it was just a one-time thing.
