From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming and very polite.When I went in to see the doctor the assistant made me feel at ease she answered all my questions .I told her I was hard off hearing and although she was putting things into the computer every time she needed to ask something she would always look at me so I could see her lips .

The practitioners are very good. The wait time to see a practitioner when scheduled is too long. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appt time to begin my eye exam, then another 15 minutes before the doctor came in. It did not seem busy that day.

I like to say i had a good experience at this visit The tech that work with me was fantastic she carried out my visit with kindness and professionalism was great. She is a good person for the company.
