“We came to our cottage in Bath for the first time this season to find mouse droppings. I called Turner at ten to eight am to see if their hours would be announced on a recording. Imagine my surprise when someone answered. She told me that as soon as her techs came in she would try to get someone out here since we were only staying the day. Nick called then showed up before 10, treated the house, and educated us about our problem. I can't think how their service could have been any better. Sorry I couldn't rank higher than five stars.“
