We like the flooring. We had our entire home done 7 rooms of carpet and 2 rooms of lvp, crew was nice, but left very visible seams in the carpet. So 1st time wasn't done correctly. We called back and a second crew came out and surveyed the seams and set up a time to come back. However both crews were not on time even during install. My time is valuable, so when I make arrangements with a company to have work like this done months in advance I expect them to be prompt and thorough.

Pamlico did our flooring in foyer living room kitchen,dinning room hallway,second bath.Also removed tub shower combo put in tile floor and tiled shower with seat very happy with all the work they did. Now we're getting new carpet in master bedroom VERY SATISFIED highly recomend

I wish I could give separate reviews for the product and the owner. Don't get me wrong, we really like Jeremy but he WILL NOT return phone calls, texts, and emails if you have an issue you need to have corrected. It's not a big issue, but it affects our enjoyment of our home and the project he & his crew did for us. We love the flooring (LVP) but there is a gap in the flooring between two rooms that needs to be addressed and he has been avoiding us for months! I get it-he's busy, he's had Covid problems with his crew, but months to address a problem that could probably be fixed in less than an hour??? Come on, Jeremy, you can do better!
