“I came from out of town for a wedding in Washington, NC and my dress fell in the car and got grease on it. I had no other outfits and was in panic mode. I called two other cleaners and both told me they did not clean on Fridays and could not help me. I called here and Matt offered to help me even though he said he was done production for the week. He said he would do his absolute best to get the spot out and would make sure it was ready for me Saturday morning. He did say there might be a few wrinkles but I didn’t care. He was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. My dressed looked brand new when I picked it up the next morning. Thank you Matt for doing what others weren’t willing to do and saving the day!“
