New to Washington and was referred to Kosto by family. I loved everything about her and her work! Wonderful work, warm friendly environment and my Lhasa Apso pup was happy especially around all the female dogs she have lol we’ve brought him here twice and currently booking our next appointment! Very pleased with Mrs. Kosto's services. She's friendly and her work is excellent. My little Shih Tzu who normally growls when going up to someone new has never once growled when I hand her to Mrs. Kosto. Highly recommend her!!!

Funny, why would someone KNOWING business hours are during the DAY but call at NIGHT? That would cause an attitude for anyone having to deal with such an annoyance, their home being called at night for an appointment.
Mom doesn't manage anything online. Not even this listing. She is self employed and one can find out anything they want to know by calling her during the DAY, not between 7:00 and 11:00 at night.
