Great first impression of your office and staff. We had been going to a Cary provider for a few years, but decided to try your place. Glad we did. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the Warrenton office was very nice. Looking forward to our annual visits.
First time going to this eye doctor ! From time I walked in til the time I left I was well taken care of! All staff members had excellent communication and displayed great customer service! From the front desk to the tech and doctor and the kind hearted employee that helped me pick my glasses out! She was open and honest and helped me make the best choice!
My youngest daughter usually has a hard time when it comes to dilating the eyes. But the young lady that did them had a method that she didn't cry or anything for the most part.
