I left the key to our car carrier at home (11 hours away). I called on the way to our vacation rental and Adam met us there right as we arrived, picked it open, and saved the day. A week later, when we arrived back home in NY, I couldn't get our key to work in it anymore. I called Adam again and, over the phone, he walked me through what I needed to do. Ten seconds later everything was back to normal. Thanks, Adam...twice!

Not a lockout but I dealt with a stuck lock because of the cold. I called up Action Lock and Adam I think his name was told me to go get a can of WD-40, which I got from a nearby gas station, and I used it on my stuck lock and was able to get into my house. Thank you again Action Lock for your guidance
