I started going to stretchlab because of osteoarthritis in my hips. I tried PT and I went to ortho and they recommended a hip placement. Since working with Nick for over a month I have more range of motion and most of my arthritis pain is gone during normal activity. I am even starting to do some light jogging again. They have also been helping me develop greater flexibility for my golf swing where I am also impaired by arthritis. I have seen distance improvement on all of clubs and my overall game is improving. I highly recommend for anyone struggling with mobility issues. Try this before surgery or medication.

10/10 would highly recommend! I’ve truly enjoyed my experience with StretchLab WF. So much progress in a month. Terrance & Megan have been such a key part in my flexibility and mobility. I’d never thought I’d see this day! Getting stretched has truly improved my quality of life. Thank you both so much!
