Grandson’s haircut was okay. Neck line was not even. He was covered in clippings today when we left. Small cut from clippers on his neck that he kept complaining about burning. Not the service I have been accustomed to at the Retail Drive location. I was disappointed today. Maybe Anna was just having a bad day.

After 30 years, my barber retired. I was skeptical about coming here at first but I needed to find someone new. I came here at the right time because Anna was available to cut my hair. I can't say enough about the great job that she did! I've had 2 compliments already today. Thanks again Anna!!

Brought my grandkids to this location this past week while I was in town & wanted to give a shout out to the stylist Dani. She was cutting alone that morning & the lobby was full, yet she was doing an amazing job with everyone. She kept her smile, & the wait time stayed reasonable. Both my granddaughter & grandson had great haircuts too! A manager walked in & apologized for the staff shortage (& wait) but I mentioned that Dani was "Rockin it" So I wanted to make sure I posted here, so she feels the appreciation! My daughter will definitely keep bringing the kiddos back!Service: Kids' cuts
