During this most recent project, our Project Manager, Burton, stood out in particular. He was extremely respectful, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions along the way. Since I was out of town due to relocating to Raleigh, it meant a lot to have someone so proactive and attentive overseeing everything. He truly stayed on top of the project and kept things running smoothly.
We had an excellent experience with Sedaris Floors. From our initial meeting with customer representative Bertin to our beautifully refinished twenty-five year old white oak floors, all went smoothly. Bertin even helped us navigate an insurance claim making that process much easier. Communication was always clear and prompt. The professionals at Sedaris are knowledgeable, experienced, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Bertin, Adrian and Perla - incredibly nice, honest, and patient, especially when helping us figure out the perfect stain color. They never rushed us and made sure we felt confident in every decision. The final result is absolutely beautiful—our floors look stunning. True professionals who clearly care about their work and their customers. Highly, highly recommend!
